Roegels Barbecue Co. is a veteran-owned, Central Texas–style barbecue joint founded in 2014 by pitmaster Russell Roegels and Misty Roegels. Russell has more than 30 years behind the smoker, starting at Bodacious Bar-B-Q in Longview. Our brisket, pork ribs and house-made sausage are seasoned with salt and pepper, smoked low and slow over post oak, and sliced to order. Our Katy location brings the same pits and recipes from our original Voss Road location, plus a full bar and room for parties and events. Named to Texas Monthly's Top 50 BBQ Joints (2017; honorable mention 2021 and 2025), a multi-year Houston Chronicle Top 100 restaurant, featured on The Texas Bucket List, and ranked #15 by Tales from the Pits.

This is by far the best succulent moist fresh brisket ever! I was so hangry today so order 3sides and Coca Cola with my brisket sandwich the Barbecue sauce hit the spot just perfect taste!

A M A Z I N G good and customer service!!! The southern hospitality is perfect. We found our new favorite BBQ joint. Brisket was perfect, boudin was incredible, sauces were on point. I'd give them an award for their service and BBQ honestly.

Everything was amazing. The sides were carefully thought out, and delicious. We tried every meat they had and all of them were cooked to perfection. They offer sauces, but honestly you don't need them, everything is so flavorful on it's own. Best BBQ in Texas!!

What can I say? Or rather what can't I say? If you love barbeque you need to check out Roegels! I've been a fan of his food for several years and his barbeque is some of the best I've had in Houston! He also has daily specials!! Definitely give them a try!

Stopped by to grab lunch Togo for a business meeting for about 6 people. The staff quickly recommended items and put it all together for me quickly. Everyone at lunch really enjoyed everything. Service and food spot on!
